The bulk of Dave’s Career was spent growing with IBM’s Strategic Outsourcing and Sales divisions. In 2013 he had a chance to go to a startup company that specialized in rural outsourcing. After three years, revenues had quadrupled along with profits. Dave realized that he could do this with a group of people that he would love to work alongside. It grows in cold weather states and is beautiful in the summer as well as in the winter, with its big pods hanging down.
