🍷 We’re wine-ing down this Wednesday with our 2022 Pinot Noir. 🍷

Sourced from the Sonoma Coast AVA, this vintage is shaping up to be one of our best yet. Notes of red raspberry and dark chocolate are beautifully balanced with delicate hints of violet, creating an elegant wine with silky tannins and bright acidity.

Whether you’re pairing it with chicken, pork, a charcuterie board, or simply enjoying a glass with cheese and crackers, this Pinot is the perfect midweek treat.

Popping up from the grasses just in time for the season, the 2024 Chardonnay and 2021 Zinfandel have officially arrived at Paul J. Wines.

The 2024 Chardonnay is a nod to the infamous 2016, full-bodied, rich, and layered with notes of lemon blossom, toasted almond, and creamy butter. Big, oaky, and undeniably delicious.

The 2021 Zinfandel, sourced from 87-year-old vines, is juicy and jammy with bold blackberry, vanilla, cracked pepper, bright acidity, and a spicy finish.
