A respected client of mine is looking for a new IT Director.

They are a *small emerging business* and are in need of someone who is going to help reshape their processes and procedures.
They are also in a healthcare related space, so experience with HIPAA compliance is a plus.

*small emerging business* = started as a small business but has grown into a medium org. This means they are change friendly to overcome the growing pains in their tech and business processes.

Social media engagement can be simple, or more complex. Simple pics ( no editing) or article posts are good and simple but are they engaging? Do your fans like and share? Do they come back again and again?
Online, we call them followers or friends... But The overall goal is to create fans out of customers AND to reach new fans who become customers.
