We’re looking for someone organized, professional, personable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Experience in recruiting, staffing, onboarding, healthcare administration, customer service, or office operations is helpful.

✨ In this role, you’ll help:
✔ Source caregiver candidates
✔ Coordinate interviews & applicant communication
✔ Support onboarding & hiring documentation

This role helps us recruit, screen, and onboard caregivers so we can continue building a reliable and compassionate care team for the families we serve.

💼 Position: Temporary Recruiting Manager
📍 Office-Based Position
💰 Annualized Salary: $40,000/year
(Actual earnings depend on assignment length and time worked.)

✨ Experience in any of the following is helpful:
✔ Recruiting or staffing
✔ Onboarding coordination
✔ Healthcare or home care administration
✔ Customer service or call center environments
✔ Operations or office support

Direct caregiving experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person with strong communication, organization, accountability, and follow-through.

In this role, you will:
⭐ Source caregiver candidates
⭐ Screen applicants & coordinate interviews
⭐ Support onboarding and hiring documentation
⭐ Maintain a strong recruiting pipeline
