This project involved placing 200 tons of asphalt to restore multiple community roads, improving both the appearance and long-term durability of the neighborhood.

🚧 Sometimes the work you don’t see is what matters most.

This driveway needed much more than just a fresh layer of asphalt.

The existing two 12-inch steel culvert pipes had completely rusted out, restricting the flow of water and causing the entrance of the driveway to heave, creating a noticeable bump. The driveway also had little to no shoulder support, which led to edge failure, chipping, and sinking over time.

Before paving could even begin, the old culvert pipes were removed and replaced to restore proper drainage. We then milled the damaged sections of the driveway, installed a leveling course where needed, and completed a full asphalt overlay to ensure a smooth, durable finish built to last.
