Our internet and phone are still down. And Frontier does not seem to be in a rush to restore it. We will be in the shop today 10-5. If something changes I will post here. But we are still not reachable by phone and by email only on our cell phones. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Frontier is having an outage, so our shop phones and internet are currently down. I can check emails on my phone. But if you need to contact us, the phone won’t work! They said it might be 48 hours to resolve. So we should be good to go Monday. Sorry if we’ve missed you already!

We will be closed tomorrow. Ben is scheduled for a colonoscopy and I am his driver. We are giving him the day to recover. We should resume our regular hours of 10-5 the rest of the week. So if you are planning a drop off or pickup, plan around Monday! Thanks everyone!

Our building has been without heat for 3 days, we did all the trouble shooting we could with our HVAC servicer, and ended up needing an in person check which couldn’t happen until today. During our holiday rush 3 days in the cold isn’t helpful, but we are working through it with emergency heaters and not overworking the machines who don’t like to be cold! We are still on target… but ask for patience. And in the meantime, we have the shop closed in an attempt to keep what little heat we have inside! We will call for pickups soon!

We are in the process of switching cell phone carriers and it looks as though we can receive text messages but cannot make or receive calls. We were told that could take up to 24 hours. So, we should be up and running by Monday! Sorry if we missed you today.

With the move into the new building and house, getting Arden ready for college, and the back to school rush of business, I just realized we hadn’t made a formal announcement that we are now operating in our new shop! So if you have driven by the old one and noticed us missing, we have moved! Our new shop is located at 1206 Viand Street, beside the new USDA building, our parking is around back along Hogg Street. Shop door is along the front and we are maintaining our usual hours of 10-5 Monday-Friday. (Phone and email have stayed the same) With the exception of Friday, we will be closed to deliver Arden to her dorm! Thanks everyone for their continued support and business and hopefully you get a chance to stop in and visit us soon!

I completely forgot to put a note on the door and might have even left our open sign flipped! But we are out today for an admissions event at Ohio university for Arden! Apologies if we missed you and Monday we will be making calls for pickups. If you need us sooner please message, email or call.
