Three years ago, Cadence LLC was built on a simple idea: keep people - and what they value most - safe.

Over the past 3 years, we’ve expanded our work across all levels of government, strengthened our capabilities in emergency management, continuity of operations, wildland fire planning, crisis communications, and continued to support the missions that matter most.

We’ve also recently had the opportunity to connect, learn, and contribute alongside incredible partners at events like the ETEBA NM Federal Business Opportunities Forum and the NM National Guard Industry Association Day. These moments remind us that this work is bigger than any one company. It’s about community, collaboration, and readiness.

And as always, we were especially proud to continue to give back by supporting the Make-A-Wish New Mexico as a bronze-level sponsor. Being part of something that brings hope to children and families puts everything into perspective.

PEOPLE FIRST is one of our core values at Cadence LLC. In 2024, we proudly supported three Los Alamos youth competitive soccer teams for out of state/town tournaments; a fund run at a local elementary school; the Los Alamos High School Girls Soccer Program; and a child's wish at Make-A-Wish New Mexico. These initiatives show our commitment to our core values by putting PEOPLE - in the communities in which we do business - FIRST.
