Here’s a thing I learned back in my “Brinker Days” “TDC (Thinly Disguised Contempt). You see it & you cut it out like a cancer. Doing things inadequately and or indifference to customers. The peeps feel they are working beneath their “pay grade” & their master plan is to run customers off, so they don’t have to work as hard. No sense of urgency or just doing things with contempt. One of them may kill a team.
