This week is National EMS Week.

The leadership team at Polk Fire-Rescue would like to thank our EMS reponders for answering the call for assistance when needed. We have Emergency Medical Responders (EMR), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT) and Paramedics (Medics) that respond in our primary coverage area, Polk Borough, Mineral Township and Frenchcreek Township, and assistance to other municipalities when requested.
Of course we can't do you jjob without drivers and support staff who also play an important on-scene role.

Thanks for all of your dedication to the firehouse and Community!
