MCC turned 5 years old and it couldn't have done so without a great team of people lead by an even more amazing person who brought us all together (Tria Marie Belcourt)!

Thank you to all our family, friends, numerous field people and our clients that have been there on this ongoing journey throughout the years- Cheers to a bright future ahead!

One of the biggest projects our company has been on to-date. We are honored and humbled to be a part of this effort, and personally, we are so proud of our staff and the hard work and dedication they have shown this year. Every day is a round of new challenges and everyone has been kicking ass every day.

Big Creek has always had β€œthe hardest-working water in the world,” but after the devastation of the Creek Fire, it might also lay claim to the hardest-working wildfire restoration effort too. ...

This year, MCC donated a total of over $10,000 to the following organizations for . Every year we ask each of our employees to choose a registered non-profit organization, and then we make a donation in their name. It is one of the many ways we love to give back to the community.

As you can see, we have a VERY DIVERSE assemblage of donation recipients. The only rule is that the organization has to be certified - we leave the choice totally up to our employees.

Prior to the COVID-19 outbreak, our team at MCC was joyful at the discovery of fossils within one of our projects in the high desert, quit close to the end of grading operations! Our cross trained Archaeo-Paleo field techs got to work right away resulting in a number of delicate fossilized specimens extracted over a weekend excavation. We are looking forward to the upcoming results from further lab analysis~

Note: Have Arch-Paleo training? MCC is always looking for more dedicated people to jump on opportunities like this!
