Was waiting for the release of the project to post! Another one in the books.

Behind every successful man is a strong woman. One who holds down the fort while we work our late hours. One who takes care of the home. Keeps your appointments scheduled in their phone. Puts your socks on for you. One who drives and drops your kid off at school everyday. One who sacrifices time for the future outcome we’re both striving for. One who supports your decisions even if they always don’t make sense at first.

I’m lucky to have this trooper in my corner. The growth I’ve achieved over the past 4 years wouldn’t be possible without that base at home. Shoot I probably wouldn’t have a clean pair of boxers when I need them. My favorite gym shirts are always hung up ready to go.

Sure I probably wouldn’t be frozen at night from you turning the AC down. But when I’m cold you’re always there to warm me up!

Happy 4 year anniversary to my ride or die. My better half. I love you to the moon and back. Or Asia, Europe and South America and back! lol.

2 years ago I booked a trip to Thailand. Before that trip I told myself I need to lose 20lbs or I won’t be able to walk.

2 years later I’m sitting back on the beach in Thailand a completely different human!

That trip changed my life in many ways. But to be able to regain life at 44, almost 45 years old is priceless!

2024 - 290lbs - As unhealthy as a human could be.

2026 - 192lbs - About as healthy as a human can be!
