Your AI should never pretend to be human.
Customers don't resent AI. They resent being tricked. And they always find out.
The fix is stupidly simple: just disclose it. "Hi, I'm the AI assistant for [business]." The objection disappears.
Transparency isn't a weakness. It's the whole game.
