UPDATE: PICTURE ORDERS****

1) If you received an email from Shoot Proof about your order being completed but haven’t seen your pictures please do the following. Please go into the email you provided with your order and search [email protected] in the search bar. Pictures are coming from my business email and unfortunately sometimes get sent to spam or junk folders. But your pictures were emailed if you got that confirmation email.

2) If you ordered pictures in the last 4 weeks I apologize. I had surgery, was wrapping up the end of school and packing for our mid west summer camping trip. Also my website does not alert me to new orders so if it was ordered after a 2 week window of the race I most likely didn’t even know about it. My Kliq FB is also not sending me notifications for some reason either. Unfortunately we are traveling and camping throughout the Midwest and will not be back home until late July. Cellular service and internet are almost nonexistent out here only catching the random bits of internet and service here and there and we are moving every few days and on vacation seeing the Midwest.
Today we are moving to a campsite that supposedly has free internet and service and I will try and look at any new orders I can but I can’t guarantee anything again as service is sketchy and not guaranteed. I haven’t literally seen sos on my phone more than anything else these last few weeks.

3) If I can not process any NEW orders because of service issues I will refund your order as I will not be able to complete it at this time.
