Rebirth Biofuels is hiring Plant Operators in Ponchatoula. No experience required to start — we’ll train you from the ground up as you learn the plant, build your skills, and grow your pay along the way.
We collect used cooking oil and grease trap waste from local businesses, clean it up, and sell it to a local refinery — keeping jobs local, money in our community, and waste out of the environment.
We run on a few simple values: do what you say you’re going to do, keep the workplace free of gossip and drama, keep things clean — trucks, plant, equipment, all of it — and treat people the way family should treat each other. We also believe in a healthy week — 40 to 45 hours, because everyone deserves a life outside of work too.
What You’ll Be Doing
• 🧹 Starting out learning the plant and keeping it clean
• 🚛 Working up to unloading trucks safely and confidently
• ⚙️ Eventually processing waste water as a fully trained operator
• 🚐 Picking up route commissions when you’re asked to help run a route

What You’ll Be Doing
• 🚛 Running planned UCO and grease trap collection routes
• 🧼 Keeping your truck clean and handling material safely — non-hazardous material only
• 📋 Completing routes on time and representing us well with every customer stop
