One of the biggest lessons Iโ€™ve learned in my career is how much it matters to keep your vision, culture, and systems aligned.

That experience deepened my commitment to investing in people. Listening to them, supporting their growth, and building systems that reflect the purpose we share.

As leaders, we have to nurture the culture we want to build. Our teams need to feel connected to the vision and see it reflected in everyday decisions.
And when your path no longer aligns, itโ€™s okay to take a risk and create your own lane. Iโ€™m grateful for the lessons that helped me find mine. โค๏ธ

Not because they werenโ€™t talented, but because they didnโ€™t have the support, the systems, or a team that could carry the practice with them.

Thatโ€™s personal for me. So I brought practice owners, providers and leaders to one table at Boardroom Brunch.

One trap we unpacked: the Hero Closer. When your whole practice depends on one person to close, one vacation can mean a month without revenue. The fix is to train your team to connect with patients, present treatment plans with compassion, and walk them through financing.
