It's Time! Registration is now available for the 2nd Annual Patric Young Foundation Golf Tournament, The 629 Open! ⛳️

✨We are thrilled to be expanding the event this year to include a Cocktail Party evening with Patric on December 10th, followed by the golf tournament on December 11th at Queens Harbor in Jacksonville! We can't wait to join with our community to raise funds for our 2024 initiatives.
