I had such an amazing time presenting my "Healing Money Trauma" workshop at the 36th Annual LPCAGA Conference! 🌟 It was so special to share this experience with my fellow clinicians and peers, making it a full-circle moment for me.

We dove deep into defining money trauma, identifying its symptoms, and sharing practical tools for treating it. With over 100 attendees in my session, the energy and engagement were incredible!

Hey Friend,

Happy Monday! As you start this week please remember that you really are that girl.

You have raised your kids or raising them up with so much love and grace.
You got yourself through school.
You bought the home.
You started the business.
You give back to the community.
You make time for your friends.
Your faith grounds you.

And when you need to…
You take the vacation.
Go to therapy.
Invest in the program.
Gather people.
Try something new.

And if you wanted to.. You could..

Quit your job
Retire in Costa Rica or Florida 😀
Work from home or the beach
Grow the business
Send the kid to the college of their choice.
Build the business
Retire into the lifestyle you designed

No it’s not perfect but life is good.

Just a friendly reminder to celebrate your wins and to give yourself some grace. Your life is evolving even when you can’t see it or feel it all the time.

You are doing the work and it shows.

They often say that doing the same thing repeatedly and expecting different results is crazy.
