Both machines have there advantages on the job site, but a dozer will leave you with a much better starting point for a much better cost.

Mulcher photo on the left is not my job site but is an example of how you will need to bring in another machine just for clean up to get a building site ready.

As the dozer will accumulate all debris push them out of site and out of mind or atleast out of the way.

Choose wisely.
