We handle everything from asphalt maintenance to fencing installations, keeping our local communities looking sharp.

📋 Position Overview
Job Type: Seasonal Summer Work

Location: Port Angeles, WA

Schedule: Full-time hours (with some required weekend shifts)

Pay: $19-25/hour Depending on Experience

💪 What You'll Be Doing
This is a highly physical, fast-paced outdoor role. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, but you can expect to be involved in:

Asphalt Maintenance: Sealcoating, crack filling, and lot marking.

Fencing: Assisting with the installation, repair, and tear-down of various fencing types.

Site Prep & Cleanup: Operating basic hand tools, clearing debris, and ensuring a safe, clean job site.

🔨 Job Requirements
We don't expect you to know everything on day one, but you must meet the following criteria and physical demands:

Background Check: Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and provide a clean 3-year driving abstract.

Age Preference: Candidates 21+ are strongly preferred but all applicants will be considered.

Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, crouch, kneel, and perform repetitive motions for long stretches.

Heavy Lifting: Consistently and safely lift and move 50+ lbs.

Weather Resilient: Willingness and ability to work outside in all elements (heat, sun, rain, wind).

Reliability: Show up on time, ready to work, with a great attitude. Weekend availability is a must.

Transportation: Reliable transportation to get to the shop.

Night Shift Parking Lot Sweeper
Are you a reliable night owl with a clean driving record looking for a consistent, independent job? We're hiring a Parking Lot Sweeper to join our team for night shift operations.
This is an essential position focused on keeping our clients' commercial properties clean and well-maintained. You'll be working independently, operating a sweeping truck to clear litter, dirt, and debris from parking lots.
Position Details
Schedule: Night shift, approximately 30-40 hours per week. Typical work week is Thursday-Monday. Start time 8:00pm. 6-8 hour shifts.
Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends and some holidays as required.
Compensation: Competitive pay ranging from $20 to $25 per hour, based on experience. Position eligible for benefits after 90 days.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain a sweeping vehicle (training provided). Operate and maintain blower.
Follow established routes and schedules to sweep various commercial parking lots.
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Handle minor equipment adjustments and cleaning.
Work independently and efficiently throughout the entire shift.
Get in and out of sweeper to use blower. Be able to lift 35+ pounds.
Qualifications
Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record are non-negotiable.
Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable working overnight and in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Prior experience operating commercial vehicles is a plus, but not required.
