Hello everyone!

Well, I admit, I have been absent the last couple months. Between some family illness, work, motherhood, and life I have truly neglected this page. 😫👟

However, I have been busy with my Equity program. I've had numerous interviews, training sessions with some amazing individuals, and am preparing to start teaching my training program through the Local Colleges Community Education program! 😁🙌🏼

So, with that said, I will do better! 🥳😊

If you are anything like me, you know Mondays are rough! Actually, it starts late Sunday afternoon.... the Sunday scaries as they say.

A couple years ago, I met a fabulous friend, and she loved Monday's! She always said it was her chance to start over and create and accomplish new goals all week long.

Now, I still don't love Mondays but thinking about Monday as a reset...a chance to start over, really makes it a little more tolerable, almost exciting.... almost!
