Here at POE we've always prided ourselves at having our customers call in and immediately talk to a real, live person. Unfortunately desperate times call for desperate measures and all that. We've become so inundated with robocalls lately it's hard to even help our customers.
So we had to switch to an auto-attendant. If you're a human, you'll still be able to talk to a human, at least once we've had our coffee, but you'll have to press a number first.
But at least now we won't have to put you on hold to hear about our extended warranty or Google listings.
