Very busy Property Management Co seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Must have your own vehicle & tools. Must be willing to work in Detroit.
This will start as a contracted position with a goal of transitioning into a full-time employee.
Responsibilities
• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Estimate time and extent of repairs
• Perform general maintenance repairs as are typical on single & multi-family homes
• Maintain material and supply inventory Qualifications
Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Well organized and able to multi-task. Ability to handle physical workload. Deadline and detail-oriented. Experience with HVAC and City Inspections preferred. Being familiar with section 8 requirements would be helpful but not necessary. We are a very busy full service Property Mgmt Co.
