Being in a constant state of "ON" is wasteful. Your body is not a machine and forcing it to do so destroys its original design.
I feel that most of us have forgotten that we are humans, and though we can do some pretty amazing things at times, those amazing feats should not be the standard. But unfortunately, those amazing things become our expectations.
We don't have a default level to this life, and being in that constant state of "go" and "on" is wasteful of our time and energy.
We are energetic beings, and once you burn that energy out, it is very hard to return to your original design.
Why do you see many around you who are tired and sluggish or don't want to do anything? The "new" standards are kicking their asses, and they don't understand why it's so hard to reach them or why they get no peace or satisfaction with its completion.
We have been acting out of character forever because it's been told that it is "normal." Misaligned like F*ck. Conditioned to keep going no matter what, and hopefully, that s**t will work itself out.
I can try to change the conditioning of being "on" , but most of us can't let go of that environmental and societal conditioning without tools to help us.
I used Human Design to help me be aware of my natural way of being and try to understand parts of myself that are different from others.
To better understand how to use my energy efficiently, how I learn, how to get things to start, how to make an aligned decision and so much more.
This tool has been one of the best things I could have ever learned, and I can't wait to share more from my perspective.
