Thing have changed with Covid-19. Currently our auctions have moved online.

We have been selling full and partial estates. Our crew has been picking up the items and handling them exclusively. Once sold, items are paid for over the phone, the items are placed for the buyer to pick up with an appointment. We are conducting small online vehicle auctions monthly.

PRE-COVID and hopefully we can restart in Phase-4 with adjustments. The Consignment and Vehicle Auction is held on the 3rd Saturday of each month, with the exception of December when it is held on the 2nd Saturday. -Vehicles accepted Mon-Fri 8 am - 3:50 pm with deadline of Wed before the auction. (must be in running condition). Selling fee 12.5% with a $75 minimum, plus a $35 entry fee. -Boats & Trailers accepted Mon-Fri 8 am - 3:50 pm with deadline of Monday before the auction (must be in running condition with no issues). Selling fee 15% with $75 minimum, plus a $35 entry fee. -RV's accepted Mon-Fri 8 am-3:30 pm with deadline of Monday before the auction (must not have leaks or dry rot, appliances should work). Selling fee 12.5% with a $75 minimum, plus a $35 entry fee. -Fi****ms accepted Mon-Fri 8 am - 3:30 pm with deadline being the week before the auction. Selling fee 30%. -Merchandise drop off date is found on our website, stokesauction.com, this date is usually the second Monday AFTER the auction. Stokes Auction also conducts on-site auction for estates and businesses. Please call our office and give us details. An appointment can be made for one of our auctioneers, at no obligation, to visit your site for a physical inspection of the items to determine the best way to proceed with the auction. (Kitsap, Pierce, E. King, Jefferson, Clallam counties). We begin by analyzing your needs and help you decide if an auction is appropriate and whether the auction would be best conducted on-site or moved to our location. Costs to the seller for auctioneering services will be determined at this initial meeting. At on-site auctions we can typically sell everything in one day. We take an inventory, advertise, set-up the items for display, conduct a preview, sell the merchandise at auction and record the sales. The seller will receive a complete sales print out and a check for the net amount within a week. Holding an on-site auction depends on quantity and quality of merchandise, the location, parking, weather, toilets and other aspects of the site. We would be happy to determine what would work best for you.
