Subject: Kachess Comm. Assoc. - Precautionary Boil Water Advisory in PLACE

NOTICE:
Precautionary Boil Water Advisory Notice
The water system is being placed under a Precautionary Boil Water Advisory until chlorine residual levels are restored to the minimum regulatory requirements.
An NWS technician inspected the system today and determined that the treatment equipment had become air-locked, preventing it from properly injecting chlorine into the water system. The issue has been corrected; however, chlorine residual levels remain below the required standard.
The technician will return to conduct additional testing and monitor chlorine residual levels. Once testing confirms that the system has returned to the required regulatory levels, customers will be notified that the advisory has been lifted.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to restore the system to normal operating conditions and ensure compliance with water quality standards. NWS
