Your top load washer shaking, banging, or walking across the floor during the spin cycle? Check the suspension rods. Takes 10 seconds.

The rods hold the tub in place while it spins. When they wear out or snap, the tub slams around with nothing to stabilize it. You'll hear it — loud banging, the whole machine rocking, and eventually it can damage the tub or the frame.

This works on any top load washer — Whirlpool, Maytag, GE, Amana, Samsung, Kenmore. Same test, same fix.
