We at Prosperity Business Suites are on a mission to educate, inspire, and provide a space for small businesses to grow, adapt, and thrive. We are doing just that. We do not charge for most events and have discounted our prices for the community to have access to our space. This weekend our name was spread further and wider due to one persons false account of a situation, who was not there and has no contract with Prosperity. It is hearsay, which we know will not stand up in court. It shows us that people love negativity as it almost outshawdowed all the positive we bring to the community. However, we would like to thank our business associates, our friends, and our family for standing up for whats right, knowing that we are not who they say we are.

As community activisits, we will continue to be a beacon of hope and light for our community. Let's use this as a teachable moment, they will slander your name when you are destined for greatness!

I’m totally grateful for the amount of people reaching out to us that knows our character and integrity of how we do business. It was a lot of false information put out and shared to slander our name today. We take all of it gracefully.

Let me address this publicly on our business page.

This is about us moving the couches from one area to another.

1. Your contract is emailed to you and a portal is created for you to log in any time you choose to access your information. If you have trouble accessing it we create a support ticket and resolve that matter.

2. Our Prices and packages are public and available to all. However at the discretion of the owner to give discounts. We typically give non-profits discounts.
We discounted $100 off of the monthly - based on the customer offer that if he paid all 3 months upfront. We actually liked were very impressed and gifted more in terms of:
a) 30 additional hours for free
b) ability to use 3 different spaces for the price of 1 (Event Center, Cafe, and a Private office)
C) nothing additional was charged to the business although they set up 24 hours in advance and held the space, and took up more than was offered.
d) also provided storage space for custom chairs that took most of one hall way

-again at NO extra cost

3. We did NOT collect 5 months of payment or sign a year lease with anyone. We did sign and collect on a 3 month lease. Which was paid up front and remains in effect until 4/30 the security deposit was collected of $500 and it set to be returned 05/01. I’m sure you would agree we will not renew under no circumstances.

4. That business has a private office which means they have a KEY to the building and still have a key and access to the building until 04/30

5. We have not and still have not refuse any one space we did give 500 additional space 1500/2000

6. A email announcement was sent out to the tenants “excuse us while we make changing - thank you for being a founding member as we grow.

Also 99% of the people that come there want to use the space because of the floors so the purpose to change the space was to accommodate the mass of the customers.

I have accepted calls from this tenant at 6am before so he has my phone number. The last I spoke to him. Is that we would return the couches back for his event and he finishes his paid contract out with the option to renew or not. NO REFUNDS is due based on a business moving furniture from one area to the next, we provided way more than what was paid for. The actual customer could have called me. In fact all this slander on social media and not one call from them although I attempted to reach out multiple times to no avail.

I don’t care what business you are in - You can not use the space then request full refund on social media, you can’t eat food then say on social media I want my money back.

It is sadden how without the facts just going based off a 3rd party whom wasn’t even involved in the matter people are ready to burn us at the stakes. I appreciate those who spoke up and stated wait a minute that’s not my experience. Thank you very much and you would be absolutely correct. We tried to go over and beyond for all that enter the building.
