Saturday Sept 19th

FairWinds Farm & W**ery is proud to be part of the 24th annual Jefferson County Farm Tour, a special event to celebrate local agriculture and engage with the area’s farmers through self-guided tours.

Take a peek behind the scenes at FairWinds Farm & W**ery to learn about the w**e making process from grapes to glass.

You’ll also have the opportunity to tour the garden where the volunteers with Food Bank Growers – one of our community partners – produce the food that is then distributed through the Jefferson County Food Bank to those in need.

⭐️Things to Do On Site on Saturday, Sept 19 from 10am to 4pm:

🍷Free w**e tasting, tours and barrel sampling (for our guests 21+)
🐝Beekeeping demonstrations
🌱Propagate your own lavender plant to take home
🟣Buy lavender products made from our organically grown, hand-harvested plants

A HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out last weekend in support of the Dolly Parton Imagination Library fundraiser.🙏🦋We exceeded our $1000 goal and raised $1065 by donating all tasting fees for the 3 days, as well as $5 from every sale of the “Dolly Parton” and the “Carl Dean” premium w**e cocktails.🍹. Watch for a special announcement for coming up on Friday 9/25 (9-2-5😂) **etasting

Every bottle of FairWinds w**e carries a little extra grit, care, and human touch. 🍷✨

Instead of automated assembly lines, w**emaking here relies on time-tested manual equipment, where every cork, label, and press requires real intention. It’s hands-on craft in the truest sense.

And the best part? Our w**e club members don’t just drink the final product, they help make it. Being a member means getting your hands dirty, joining us on bottling days, and seeing the process from barrel to glass up close.

Want a front-row seat in the cellar? Join the FairWinds W**e Club at the link in bio to secure your spot for the next bottling run. 🥂

If you missed the “Dolly Parton” and “Carl Dean” premium w**e cocktails today, don’t worry—by popular demand, they will be back each Saturday through September, with $5 from each cocktail going directly to the Imagination Library!📚
Pictured below is the “Dolly” made with 2 ounces of our Helmsman premium “blond” Port O’Call, a teaspoon of dragon fruit, 4 ounces of premium tonic water, a few ounces of sparkling grapefruit juice, a squeeze of Valencia orange juice, a sprinkle of edible sparkles, and garnished with lemon balm and an edible flower🌸. Pink and sparkly, just like the icon herself. 💕🦋💕🦋 local # w**ery **ecocktails
