Teaming up with @ Bigfoot Flooring for this

Doing a quick selections for new flooring, for a recently purchased condo located

This amazing space features exposed red brick and tall ceilings with exposed mechanicals for an industrial feel. The new owner is looking to keep most of its unique charm, but update the floors and add a Mediterranean flair.

Keeping the tone a little more masculine and tying into the existing black accent paint, we proposed a mix of LVP, Tile, and Carpet that will help blend the two styles, requiring minimal re-work to existing spaces.

Once the flooring is in, this condo will be move in ready!
