Attention🚨🚨: if you live in Portage and you have had a water meter pit installed on your property, it is imperative that you also have a thermal expansion tank on your water heater! We have had several customers call us and tell us that their basement was flooded by their water heater relief valves opening after the meter pits were installed. On sunday a customers water lines froze in their crawl space however the access point was only 6" tall. We dug it out and installed heat tape and insulation on their water lines which thawed their lines and restored water flow! If you have frozen or broken water lines, we will find a way to access them to thaw them or repair them, we guarantee it!

🚨🚨 This customer's LEAD water line froze and cracked before the meter requiring his water to be shut off overnight. We urge everyone to make sure their water lines are not being exposed to the freezing temps for prolonged periods of time. If you need a line thawed or if you would like to prevent future freezes, contact us ASAP. We also do free water line testing, if you suspect you may have a lead water line, contact us!

A customers water service line was leaking profusely under their retaining wall, and was in desperate need of repair. They called another company which came out and quoted the job, but then refused to take the customers call. This was a difficult repair to perform due to the location of the leak, however we were able to repair the line and restore the customers water within 6 hours. If you sign an estimate with us we will do everything within our power to complete the work as stated. We do collect deposits on larger jobs, however we will NEVER ask for more money until the job is completed. We NEVER ask for more money than what was quoted unless we have discussed a change order with the customer and they agree to additional charges! We also never give up on a job because it is "too difficult"!
