We are looking for the voice of our company.

This position is for someone who can make outbound calls, talk to homeowners, ask good questions, follow up, and set qualified appointments for remodeling, repairs, real estate, and home improvement opportunities.

This is not just a phone job.
This is a growth position.

We are looking for someone who wants to become valuable, learn the business, and help build what will become our future phone division.

The person who wins this role could eventually help train, organize, and lead other callers as we grow.

Your job is simple:

Call homeowners.
Start conversations.
Collect basic information.
Build trust.
Set appointments.
Keep clean notes.
Follow up consistently.

That is the foundation.

You will be helping connect people with real services they may already need.

Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, inside sales, outbound calling, real estate, mortgage, insurance, home improvement, customer service, collections, or call center work is helpful.

Compensation Options

Option 1: Higher Commission Opportunity

Earn 9% of actual money collected on closed remodeling or home improvement jobs from appointments you help create.

Example: A $15,000 remodeling job at 9% could pay $1,350.

Option 2: Base + Commission Opportunity

A smaller base structure may be available for the right person, plus 2% of actual money collected on closed remodeling or home improvement jobs from appointments you help create.

Example: A $15,000 remodeling job at 2% could pay $300, plus any qualified appointment bonus and base pay.

Both options may include a $15 bonus for each qualified appointment that runs. We are completely open to discussing income if we find the right match.

Commission is based on actual money collected by the company.
