Another specialty healthcare project completed.

Our team recently installed custom lead-lined wood veneer door assemblies for a new medical imaging facility. These doors may look like standard wood veneer doors, but they are specifically designed to provide the radiation shielding required for imaging environments.

The project included three openings with four door leaves, specialty hardware, concealed hinges, closers, and flush bolts. Because lead-lined doors are significantly heavier than standard doors, proper installation and adjustment are critical to ensure smooth operation and a quality finished appearance.

We're proud of how these openings turned out and appreciate the opportunity to be part of another healthcare project.

Not every opening is a door.

This is a big one — and something we see all the time in the field.

A lot of openings look “right” at first glance, but when you really break them down, the full assembly isn’t there or wasn’t installed the way it should be.

That’s where issues show up — inspections, life safety, and long-term performance.

Mat press rebuild update.

Diversified Systems has been putting in the work, getting this press refurbished and back to peak performance.

The electrical panel is in, the table drive motor and gearbox are set, and plumbing is underway.

Piece by piece, bringing it back the way it should be.

Paired opening we wrapped up.

We replaced both door leafs and brought the hardware back to where it should be:

• New swing clear hinges
• New door coordinator
• Fire pin and automatic flush bolt installed
• Reused existing closers and armature plates for mag hold opens

Everything is aligned, closing properly, and functioning the way it’s supposed to.

No shortcuts—just doing it right.

Recent door work completed — proud of our team on this one.

We handled multiple openings, including full door replacements and hardware upgrades. These doors had seen years of wear and needed to be brought back up to standard.

Our crew put in the time to get each opening right:

• New hollow metal doors installed
• Closers, panic devices, and hardware are properly set
• Openings adjusted for fit, function, and long-term performance

No rushing through it — just steady, quality work across the board.

Now everything:
• Closes properly
• Latches consistently
• Operates the way it’s supposed to

Quick service call that made a big difference.

This door had dropped on the concealed continuous hinge and was dragging across the threshold. It was getting harder to open/close and wouldn’t always latch right.

We:
• Raised and reset the door
• Re-secured the hinge
• Adjusted everything for proper clearance

Now it’s operating the way it should.

Not every issue needs a full replacement — sometimes it just needs the right fix.

Another machine back up and running 💪

We serviced this Almex thermolaminator for Kitchen Magic up in Nazareth, PA.

✔️ Replaced insulation board
✔️ Serviced the vacuum pump (filters, oil, gaskets, cleaning)
✔️ Checked overall machine performance

When insulation and vacuum aren’t right, you’ll see it in the finished product. Getting this dialed back in means better quality and more reliable production.

This exterior storage room door had a bent top flush bolt, leaving the space unsecured. Diversified Entry Systems was able to repair the hardware and get the storage room safe and secure again.
