Three new mulled drinks for February! Cranberry Spiced Cider is Schilling Cider Excelsior Cranberry Imperial Cider mulled with cinnamon, anise and clove. Honey Lemon Drop Sour is Crux Fermentation Project "In the Pocket" Barrel-Aged Imperial Saison mulled with clove & lemon, and served with a bourbon barrel-aged honey stick from The Barreled Bee. And finally, S'more Hot Cocoa Stout is bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout mulled with dark cocoa and graham crakers, then topped with flaming cinnamon marshmallows!

The Gorges owners are on in this year's Oregon Beer calendar! This calendar celebrates the ingredients that go into the tasty brew you all love. While the mighty winds of Cascade Locks might not be an ingredient of our beer, fresh water sure is.

Winter Hours Update: Starting in January 2022, Dan & Louis Oyster Bar will be closed on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday until the spring.

We will be open on Friday and Saturday from noon to 10 pm, and Sunday and Monday from noon to 9 pm. 

Oyster Hour will continue every Monday when our raw oysters are available at happy hour price all day! The regular happy hour menu will continue on Monday and Fridays from 4 to 6 pm. 

We thank you again for the continued support and look forward to seeing you soon in 2022!
