You might not be able to read all this but it’s the best rubric to break down a period of time.

So let’s process 2023. Truthfully, it was a doozy! Both business and personal were rocked but I’m happy to say I’m still here. As Brene Brown would say, “I’m still in the arena” and I’m still fighting for what’s next.

What didn’t go well
What to keep
What to get rid of

I did this last night and while easy to steer towards the negative I found myself delightfully surprised by all that went well.
