Suzanne has led teams and clients through change for over thirty years. As a leader at West Coast Bank and subsequently, Columbia Bank, she built a brand new branch in Canby from scratch, leading it to the top of the company consistently.
Both in that role and in her current role as a change and healthy workplace consultant for Invaluable People, Suzanne has been known for putting people first on the way to organizational success, and has an extraordinary reputation as a developer of people and teams.
