When every call matters, every answer counts. ☎️

Our friends at CallRail recently shared the story of NW Generator Pros—and it's a great example of what happens when call tracking and live answering work together.

By pairing CallRail with Ruby, they were able to:
- Answer every inbound call, 24/7
- Better understand which marketing efforts were driving results
- Reduce wasted ad spend and focus on what was actually converting

Getting the phone to ring is only half the equation… the impact happens when a human answers that call.

The official state motto of Texas is just one word: Friendship. Last month, we learned just how much legal professionals throughout the state embody that idea when we attended the State Bar of Texas Annual Meeting in Houston.

Thank you State Bar of Texas for hosting such a well-organized event that brought the legal community together to learn, network, and explore solutions that help law firms thrive. Ellie and Christina made tons of new friends and reconnected with old ones.

To everyone who stopped by our booth—thank you! We enjoyed learning about your firms and discussing how Ruby can help you turn more conversations into clients. We look forward to staying connected.

Whether you attended the Annual Meeting or not, we’d love to hear from your firm. Explore how Ruby helps legal professionals like you capture more leads, maximize productivity, and bring that Texas spirit into every call: https://www.ruby.com/campaign/texasbar?utm_campaign=8604011-social-media

Until next time, Texas! 🤠

Ruby is proud to celebrate alongside the hardworking roofing professionals who help keep homes, businesses, and communities protected every day.

Supporting thousands of roofing calls each year gives us a front-row seat to the dedication, urgency, and care roofing contractors bring to their customers—especially when it matters most.

From storm damage emergencies to everyday repairs and installations, roofing teams play an essential role in keeping communities safe and running strong. We're proud to help roofing businesses stay connected to every caller, every lead, and every opportunity.

This week, we're also recognizing our own Ruby team members who support roofing companies behind the scenes every day. Their commitment helps ensure roofing businesses never miss an important call or customer need.

Thank you to the crews, office teams, business owners, and support staff who make this industry so impactful.

Happy National Roofing Week, and thank you to National Roofing Contractors Association for spotlighting the people and businesses that keep our communities covered.
