The data is clear; the racial wage gap still exists today. The lack of equal pay, equal opportunities, and equal access to resources in the black community keeps our growth at a controlled rate.

As I stated in the video, I know white counterparts in corporate America with senior-level positions that don’t hold a bachelor's degree or an advanced degree. Still, they oversee a team full of highly qualified black “individuals contributors,” 💆🏾 I digress.

$1 for $1 is equal pay. Now, I understand specialized skills increase your chances for more compensation, but it’s not equal. That’s all 😌
