Hello out there! Engage to Change is looking to hire a mostly-remote, full-time Administrator.

No prior experience or fancy certifications needed for this position, and, of course, Black, Indigenous, and other folks of color, q***r, trans, non-binary, disabled, immigrant/refugee, formerly incarcerated, system-impacted, or others who have experienced systematic oppression are strongly encouraged to apply for this position.

Salary range is $50-60K per year with a ton of benefits and a flexible work schedule.

Owners Amanda Simard (right) and Caitlin Gaul (left) are best friends from their days at Lincoln High School.
