Seeking soon to be MSW graduates pursuing their CSWA OR Current MSW graduates completing their CSWA hours. Specific experience not required. Neurodivergent humans encouraged to apply.

Tailwind ADHD is a therapy clinic that specializes in providing treatment for adults with ADHD and autism spectrum diagnoses. We are currently filling several positions for new clinicians who are passionate about specializing in this area. Candidates will have the opportunity to provide individual therapy and group education, skills and process therapies. Tailwind ADHD offers therapy opportunities for their clients guided by client needs, which means therapists will have the opportunity to assess and create treatments based upon the make-up of their client caseload and emerging needs. Tailwind ADHD works to match clients with clinicians based on expertise and shared experience, seeking clinicians from all walks of life and diverse backgrounds.

Clinicians can expect to learn to administer ADHD and AUSD assessments, and to treat for disorders concurrent with these including addictions, LGBTQ+ gender and sexuality traumas, complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety, OCD, eating disorders and body dysmorphia. Clinicians will also be trained in and expected to use ART, Accelerate Resolution Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Prior training in these areas not required, only a desire to learn and develop a specialty. Prior training or personal experience in any of these areas will result in higher consideration of your application.

Clinicians can expect to receive ongoing support and learning for how to manage their caseload and create and input timely documentation. Clinicians will be trained and supported in engaging in client screening and scheduling of their sessions.

Tailwind ADHD holds the value that clinicians and clients are best supported in environments where clinicians are not siloed or isolated. Tailwind ADHD fosters and expects clinicians to engage in regular group practice meetings, and will provide supervision to meet CSWA licensing requirements.

Currently positions are fully telehealth, with bi-weekly in-person staff meetings. It is expected that late 2024/early 2025 Tailwind ADHD will offer in-person therapies. Clinicians will be expected to be in-office based on client and clinic needs. In office hours are intended to support the client base, not arbitrary “butt-in-seat” time. This means clinicians will have freedom and flexibility in their schedules, with the primary focus being on the success of clients and clinicians.

Meet your ADHD Specialist: Kitty Kloud, MSW, CSWA, ART Certified

Hi, I’m Kit! Parent, professional, elder millennial.

It is truly wonderful to meet you. I have dedicated my career to people like you who deserve to know what it feels like to just … be … thorough all of life’s challenges.

I have been working with individuals and families since 2007 in a variety of mental and behavioral health settings. I achieved my Bachelors of Social Work in 2012, and my Master's of Social Work in 2017.

As a child, I grew-up with ADHD and Autism in my family system. I experienced the heartbreak that the world, unforgiving and misinformed, can inflict on an ADHD child, family system, and human spirit.

As a professional I’ve experienced the toll the working world can take on our body, mind, and spirit.

As a parent, I’ve navigated the confusion, exhaustion, and loneliness that can come from raising a child with specialized needs.

I am a q***r human, and welcome all genders, faiths, sexualities, and identities.

I look forward to meeting you!
