A few weeks ago we gave Alan a heartfelt send off into the new world of no time-clocks to punch and no deadlines to meet. We think he's enjoying this new life a little too much because we haven't seen him since. LOL!

I imagine he'll be back to check in on us soon. He also might be afraid we're going to give him a project to work on - that might be why he's staying away.....naaahhhh, I think he's enjoying the quiet time and I can't blame him.

For this Holiday season, PPS will be running a Secret Santa!

In your message, please include the following information:
• Your name
• A list of things you like/dislike
• Some of your hobbies
• Anything else that your secret Santa should know
Feel free to be as detailed as you would like, as that would help Secret Santa get you the perfect gift.

Sign-ups for Secret Santa will close on the 10th of December at 4:00 PM. That afternoon, you will receive the information of whoever you are gifting.

If you have any questions or need additional information from your giftee, please feel free to reach out to the above email! The gift budget will be $10-$20.

Once you have gotten your present, please place it under the office Christmas tree by 11:59 pm on December 24th!

We have instated a new company newsletter and sent out the copy for November. We are currently working on the December issue!

Many of you have seen Rex roaming around, the adorable, fun-loving office dog who belongs to CEO Michele Timfichuk. He was featured in our last newsletter.

PPS is excited to announce that we will be having our very first Facebook Raffle! Please like and comment on today’s post if you are interested in entering. On the 18th, we will be using a randomized generator to select a winner, who will receive a free coffee or drink of choice!

Our lovely coffee model is Neil Gordeev, who has been recently promoted to Field Operations Supervisor. Gordeev has been working with us for about ten months and has shown excellence in every job he has done for PPS. He is an excellent and efficient leader, great at solving any problems during his shifts. He started out as a dedicated unarmed officer, working his way up to duty supervisor, and now he is ready to begin a new position. We look forward to seeing him thrive in the office!

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Dalton Cadiz to Site Supervisor!

Cadiz has been working with PPS for over five years and has grown with the company through the various changes we have experienced in recent history. He has proven to be a competent unarmed officer who has successfully improved any environment he works, handling difficult situations with ease by using his strong work ethic and common sense. He is appreciated both by the clients and patrons he serves, as well as his fellow PPS employees, for the excellent work he provides.

Alongside Cadiz, we would like to thank Emiliano Alvarado for all the hard work he does as Shift Supervisor! Alvarado has been working as a Supervisor for a few months now and continues to be an asset within our company. We are grateful to have Cadiz and Alvarado as members of the PPS team and we look forward to the future supervision they will provide!

Here at PPS, we have several employees who manage the front desk and maintain our Communications Center. These employees serve as Communications Officers and ensure that we are able to provide quality environments for our clients.

We would like to thank all of our Communications Officers for everything they do and shed light on one of our employees that we feel has gone above and beyond. Miles Peacock has been working with us for a few months now and has brought various organizational and leadership skills alongside a positive outlook to our office.

We have enjoyed working with him thus far and expect him to excel in the future as he continues to work with us!

Meet our newest Duty Supervisor, Austin Leavy!

Ever since he started working for PPS in May, Leavy has been demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills and judgment. He displays a strong awareness of every site he has patrolled, on one occasion having even stopped an active car prowl. Leavy has been a team player since Day 1, working together with fellow security officers as well as Operations staff to figure out ways to provide the best excellent customer service-based security he can.

All of us at PPS truly appreciate his hard work and look forward to seeing him rock his new position!

During these uncertain times, we know many people are looking for employment. For this reason, we are happy to announce that we are currently hiring for the following positions:

-Bicycle Security Officers with wages starting at $16.25 per hour with raises based on the number of hours worked up to $17.00; raises are automatic. These officers patrol various locations and navigate from one to another using a bicycle provided by PPS.

-Unarmed Site Security Officers with wages starting at $15.50 per hour with raises based on the number of hours worked up to $16.25; raises are automatic. These officers patrol an assigned location.
