LEAP To Greatness, LLC Activate Your Dormant Assets! Make your existing investments pay richer dividends through efficient What percentage of your technology tools are being used well?

You have made significant investments in your Talent, Training, and Technology. Are you getting the results that you need? You can see it everywhere – on your desk, on your laptop, in the lab, or in a closet. Unused technology – hardware or software purchased to solve a problem, now lying dormant. Despite the proliferation of technology and subscriptions to sophisticated software and applications,

there are more unused resources already available in most organizations than there are actively employed resources. In other words, people are buying the tools they need but not using them well, if at all. This means increases in profit and productivity are literally at your fingertips without requiring new purchases! Make your current investments pay richer rewards through identifying and overcoming the roadblocks to full technology adoption. Before you chase after the next great tech investment, you need to create your technology strategy, identify how to best use your current investments, and only then consider options for addressing Talent, Training, and Technology gaps. Through a TechnoAudit(tm), TechnoTherapy(tm), and custom consulting, Sierra can create a technology strategy for your organization and help you to create the right technology mindset in your Talent to make the most of your current assets.

Every once in a while, I come across something that changes the way I approach myself and my business. About 2 months ago, a friend mentioned this TED Talk in passing. I watched the talk and was impressed. I watched it a few more times. Then I bought the book, "Start with Why" by Simon Sinek. I finished the book this morning. I have thought of little else all day.
