It was great seeing my good friend Commissioner Loretta Smith who is running for Portland City Council District 1.

Commissioner Smith is the DPO Black Caucus Chair and also a delegate to the Chicago Democratic Convention, where she will be putting her vote to Vice-President Kamala Harris for President!
