Only a very small handful of floating homes have ever sold over the million-dollar mark, and this one now proudly joins that club. And honestly, in my opinion, it represents the most value of any floating home ever sold on the river. Top-tier design. Top-tier construction. Top-tier views. Top-tier everything - and it shows.
This home has been showcased on Even Construction’s homepage, featured in numerous publications, and recognized on multiple “Top 10” and “Top 5 Best Floating Homes in the World” lists. But beyond the recognition and accolades, what made this home truly special were the people behind it.

One of my favorite parts was going through the house when we were nearing closing and hearing the stories behind the artwork throughout the home. Nearly every piece carried meaning - original creations, photography, custom projects, and personal works formed by the owners themselves. It gave the home a feeling you simply can’t replicate. Luxury is one thing… but soul is another. This home had both.
I genuinely love representing the best floating homes on the river… and most of them just so happen to be built by my dad. Pretty special feeling!
