Choosing the Right ID Card Printer System for your Organization is Difficult, Easy Badges can Help!

How many ID cards will you be printing? If you are printing less than 200 cards per year, our entry-level or mid-level printers are likely the best fit for you.

Depending on how much information you want to include, you may need an ID card printer with dual-sided printing capability. This will eliminate the need to flip the cards manually to print the back side, saving you valuable time and labor costs.

There are two main printing technologies: dye sublimation, the most common, and retransfer. Dye sublimation is less expensive and will still produce a high-quality print that is suitable for most organizations. For a higher quality, true edge-to-edge print, a retransfer printer may be best.

Optional features like magnetic stripe and smartcard encoders can be added for encoding data onto your cards.

Horizon ID Systems and EasyBadges, LLC have reached a sales agreement to improve Horizon ID user web interface and overall customer experience.

As of May 1st, 2016, EasyBadges, LLC a provider of industry-leading identification card printing systems and Horizon ID Systems an identification industry expert in solution design, support, and implementation, are pleased to announce the formation of a new sales agreement benefiting Horizons ID Systems customers. EasyBadges, LLC will be assimilating the web based sales, order processing and customer service functions of the Horizon ID Systems website, www.horizonsidsystems.com, into www.easybadges.com. Horizons ID Systems will continue to provide customers with on-site consulting, installation, training, and support.
