Crowd Management Services (CMS) is hiring Seasonal, Part‑Time Event Staff to support the Hillsboro Hops baseball season and live concerts at McMenamins Edgefield through October.
If you enjoy working with the public and being part of exciting live events in your community, this could be a great fit!

💰 Pay: $16.50/hour (D.O.E. and applicable licensing)
📅 Schedule: Event‑based | Approximately 100 event dates
🧾 Job Type: Seasonal | Part‑Time

What You’ll Do:
✅ Greet guests and provide friendly customer service
✅ Assist with entry screening, ticket scanning, and wayfinding
✅ Monitor crowd flow and report safety concerns
✅ Support venue rules, policies, and procedures
✅ Maintain a positive and professional presence at all times

What We’re Looking For:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation to Hillsboro and/or Troutdale
• DPSST or similar licensing is a plus (may increase pay)
• No experience required — paid training provided

As we approach our busy event season, our corporation will be hosting hiring events, attending job fairs, and holding training meetings to prepare our staff for the many venues we support.
