This residential retreat invites WMFDP | FDP Global alumni and committed inclusive white male leaders to dive deeply into what it means to be a white male leader and change champion in a post-pandemic and polarized world.

The work starts and continues with disrupting leaders' own blocks to learning, continually seeing with new eyes and finding their authentic voices in co-creating partnerships and cultures where everyone thrives.

This Advanced Learning Lab will be an intimate, immersive, intensive experience, intentionally free of distraction.

We're going to go deep in order to go far to answer today's call for leadership that matches the magnitude of our times.

We notice that pressure on DEI&B professionals and leaderships feels at all time high. We see: - Employees wanting company leadership to take a public stand on hot issues.

- Consumers threatening to boycott your brand and products based on these stands.

- Heightened politicization and polarization of all things DEIB — Affirmative Action being just one of the latest.

- Senior execs and leaders (many of whom are white men) growing more anxious and reluctant to speak out, choosing the safer privilege of silence.

That often translates to increased pressure and isolation for the DEI&B leader as they navigate the changing and volatile landscape.

All of these reasons are why we're kicking off a DEI&B professionals cohort focused on creating partnership with senior execs to carry the diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging mantle together.
