SERVICES
Consulting - Bridget Bayer is an independent entity providing consulting services to community and business groups, main street organizations, chambers, or business district associations, with primary emphasis on street fair organizing, planning, and development of planning committees. Street Fair Development - BAM can help reach quality planning committee members that build on the strengths or assets of a community. We can help create fundraising plans and ex*****on tactics as well as generate tools to develop relationships in diverse communities that reach potential volunteers and stakeholders. We will help write guidelines for street fairs or community events and strengthen volunteer engagement. We also will support promotions and expand communication techniques. We share important event production steps and procedures. BAM provides conference presentations about the guidebook, Street Fairs for Community and Profit. Learn how to provide leadership in your communities to help new groups start up a street fair or for existing groups to learn how to make a street fair profitable. Learn the tips and tools to create enticing activities that will gain publicity. Also, workshops focus on stakeholder and partnership building, sponsor or donor engagement, and the use of low-cost resources.. the fast-paced presentation can focus on key activities of street fair planning: developing goals and target market, activities that brand and raise funds, and overall event management.

Looking to be with enthusiastic people at Portland’s largest and most fun event? Rose Festival volunteer parade guides are needed for our upcoming parades.
* CareOregon Starlight Parade on June 1
* Fred Meyer Junior Parade on June 5
* Grand Floral Parade on June 8

Parade Guides actively manage street closures, welcome attendees, and guide people to find their way around the parade area.

All Rose Festival volunteers receive exclusive perks, including a T-shirt, a CityFair admissions ticket and reserved indoor seating for the Grand Floral Parade at Veterans Memorial Coliseum.
