Politics doesn’t stay outside the workplace anymore.
It shows up in team meetings, Slack channels, and one-on-ones — often without warning.

Ignoring it doesn’t make it disappear.
It creates confusion, silence, and mistrust.

In our latest blog, we explore how leaders can navigate political tension at work without turning conversations into debates or causing harm.

Beyond Workplace Burnout: Name Culture Fatigue and Lead the Reset

End-of-year energy can feel like a sprint with no finish line. Deadlines pile up, inboxes overflow, and leaders push to “finish strong.”
We call it burnout — but for many teams, the exhaustion runs deeper.

People aren’t just tired from the work.
They’re tired from the culture around the work.

At The Center for Equity and Inclusion, we call this culture fatigue — the slow drain that comes from unclear expectations, inconsistent accountability, and mixed signals about inclusion.
Burnout is about the load.

Culture fatigue is about the container holding that load.
If your team feels stretched thin, don’t rush to add perks or programs. Slow down, listen, and reset how you lead.

Recovery starts when people feel safe to speak truth, ask for help, and belong without having to earn it.

In our latest blog, “Beyond Workplace Burnout,” we unpack:
✅ The difference between burnout and culture fatigue
✅ How to spot early warning signs
✅ Practical strategies for leaders to reset culture with care and consistency
