Heart Soul & Substance A 2-day music festival on House Island in Portland, Maine.

Heart, Soul & Substance is a 2-Day Festival taking place off the coast of the Casco Bay harbor on the secluded House Island, featuring Maine food, beer + music. Music will start each day at about 3:00PM and run until just before 10:00PM with complimentary shuttle service to and from the island. Enjoy everything that makes Casco Bay and Portland, Maine one of the best destinations on the East Coast.
