🏆🐭 Ready, Set, SNAP!

Yesterday's A&A Pest Control team meeting featured a little friendly competition as we hosted our 1st Annual Snap Trap Challenge!

Let’s just say things got a little competitive and the results might surprise you...

🏆 The fastest time of the day? One of our very own Customer Champs! That's right, our office team showed the field pros they've got some serious skills, too! 👏

A HUGE thank you to Target Specialty Products and for sponsoring this event and helping make it possible! Your generosity brought plenty of laughs, friendly competition, and some great team-building moments to our day.

Great team members. Great partners. And a whole lot of SNAP-tastic fun!

👑🐀 ALL HAIL THE RAT KING! 👑🐀

The A&A crew had a great day at the WSPMA Rodent Academy—learning, connecting, sharing some knowledge of our own…and apparently claiming the throne. 😂

We are proud to have Steve and Carrie, our Multifamily Account Manager, take the stage today to share how better communication and stronger partnerships lead to better multifamily rodent-control outcomes.

And then there’s Sean Ryan. Our newest Outside Sales Rep attended his first Rodent Academy with A&A and walked away as the 2026 RAT KING! 👑

Great education. Great people. One giant rat.

🐾 A Partnership Close to Our Hearts ❤️
Since launching our partnership with Bulldog Haven NW in July, A&A has donated $680 through our commitment to give $5 for every new recurring pest control program! 🐶

And we’re just getting started! We’re incredibly proud to also be a Gold Sponsor of this year’s Bulldog Ball, in loving memory of our beloved BHNW alum, Tugboat, who crossed the Rainbow Bridge a little over a year ago. 🌈🐾

BHNW gave Tugboat his chance at a furever home, and supporting the incredible work they do for so many bulldogs in need is very near and dear to our hearts. We are humbled and incredibly proud to support their mission and help them continue changing lives, one bulldog at a time.

To our customers: thank you! Every time you choose A&A, you're not only support a local company but also helping us support a pretty incredible local rescue, too. ❤️

Here’s to more homes protected, more bulldogs rescued, and a whole lot more pawsitivity along the way. 🐾 ❤️🐾

69 years and still going strong! 🙌 Another Washington State Pest Management Association Summer Meeting is in the books!

This year brought a little bit of everything, new energy, great conversations, industry connections, and some very well-deserved recognition. We celebrated Industry Impact Award recipients, Professional Women in Pest Management, PestVets, and longtime industry members receiving Distinguished Service recognition as they head into retirement. 🏆

A great reminder that this industry is about more than pest control, it’s about the people, relationships, service, and shared commitment to making our industry better. 👏👏👏

🐾🎓 LOLA’S PEST ACADEMY: Those Ants Are Taking the Bait! 🐜 🐜

Lola here with today’s pest-control lesson! Look closely as the video capture by one of our amazing technicians. See those ants carrying our granular bait away? That’s exactly what we want to see! 🐜

Worker ants pick up the bait and carry it back toward the nest, where it can be shared throughout the colony. Think of them as our tiny delivery team. 📦

That’s why you may still see some ant activity after treatment. With bait treatments, the goal isn’t just to eliminate the ants you can see, it’s to target the colony at its source.

Sometimes the best pest control is happening behind the scenes. 😉

🎓 Class dismissed!
